This policy explains what personal information Lanyo Apparels collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Lanyo Apparels is a trade name of Dijil VP, Veluthedath House, Ponnani, Malappuram, Kerala 679577, India. For any question about your data, or to ask us to delete it, write to info.lanyokochi@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses.
  • When you create an account: the above, plus your order history.
  • When you use Design your own: the artwork and text you upload for printing.
  • When you contact us: your name, mobile number and the content of your message.
  • Automatically: your IP address and basic browser information, used to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

To take and fulfil your order, to deliver it, to answer your questions, to process returns and refunds, to prevent fraud, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

Payment information

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway on their own secure systems.

Who we share it with

  • Courier partners — your name, delivery address and phone number, so they can deliver your parcel.
  • Our payment gateway — the information needed to take and, where necessary, refund payment.
  • Our hosting and email providers — who store the site and send your order emails on our behalf.
  • Authorities — where we are required to by law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work: keeping items in your bag, keeping you signed in, and completing checkout securely. Where analytics is enabled, we use it only in aggregate to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout will not work without the necessary ones.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and legal purposes. Artwork uploaded for a custom order is kept for a reasonable period after the order is complete and then removed. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info.lanyokochi@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Some records must be retained for legal reasons even after a deletion request, and we will tell you if that applies.

Children

This store is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
