Orders and delivery

How long will my order take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. After that, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days within Kerala and 5 to 8 business days elsewhere in India. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship outside India?

Not at the moment. We ship across India only.

What does delivery cost?

Free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that it is ₹49 or ₹79 depending on order value, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Cash on delivery adds a ₹49 handling fee on top.

How can I pay?

Pay online by card, UPI, netbanking or wallet, all handled securely by Razorpay — or choose cash on delivery and pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, anywhere in India. A handling fee of ₹49 is added at checkout, and you pay the courier in cash on the doorstep. Please keep the exact amount ready, including that fee.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, at any time before it is dispatched, at no cost. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 96568 01379 with your order number. Personalised items cannot be cancelled once printing has begun.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking link as soon as the courier collects your parcel. You can also check under My account.

Sizing and fit

How do Lanyo tees fit?

Oversized tees are cut deliberately roomy through the body and shoulder, with a dropped shoulder seam. Essential tees are a regular fit. If you are between sizes in an oversized tee, take the smaller one; in an essential tee, take the larger one.

Which size should I order?

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 96568 01379 with your usual size and the fit you like, and we will tell you which size to take. We would rather spend a minute on this than have you send a tee back.

Returns

What is the return window?

Seven days from delivery, for unworn and unwashed items with tags attached. Personalised items are excluded unless the fault is ours. See Returns and Exchanges.

When will I get my refund?

Within seven business days of the returned item reaching us. If you paid online it goes back to the card, UPI ID or account you paid with. If you paid cash on delivery we transfer it to your bank account or UPI ID, and we will ask you for those details.

Design your own

Can I put my own artwork on a tee?

Yes. Use Design your own to upload your artwork and place it on the garment.

Is there anything I cannot print?

You must own or have permission to use the artwork, and we cannot print anything obscene, hateful, or that uses someone else’s brand or a real person’s likeness without consent. If we cannot print something we will tell you and refund you in full.
