Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on lanyo.in. By placing an order you accept them.

Who you are buying from

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email or dispatch it, whichever happens first.

We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or product description was listed in error, if we cannot deliver to your pin code, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices and errors

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Payment

You may pay online at checkout through our payment partner, Razorpay, by card, UPI, netbanking or wallet. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Cash on delivery is also available across India. A handling fee of ₹49 is added at checkout and the full amount is collected in cash by the courier on delivery. If the amount is not paid on delivery the order is returned to us and cancelled.

Delivery

Dispatch and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

You may cancel any order at no cost before it is dispatched. Personalised items cannot be cancelled once printing has begun. Returns and exchanges are covered in full in our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Artwork you upload

When you use Design your own, you keep ownership of the artwork you upload. You grant us permission to reproduce it for the purpose of producing and delivering your order.

By uploading artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. You must not upload anything that:

  • infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights
  • is obscene, hateful, threatening, or promotes violence or illegal activity
  • depicts an identifiable person without their consent

We may refuse to print any artwork at our discretion and will refund the order in full if we do. We do not undertake to store your artwork indefinitely after your order is complete.

Your details

You are responsible for giving us a correct delivery address and a reachable phone number. We are not liable for a delivery that fails because the details supplied were wrong or incomplete.

Our liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Malappuram, Kerala.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
