Shipping Policy

Everything about where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Where we ship

We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being confirmed. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Sunday or a holiday are processed the next working day.

Delivery time

Once your parcel is with the courier:

  • Within Kerala: 2 to 4 business days
  • Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days

These are estimates based on normal courier performance, not guarantees. Remote pin codes can take longer.

Delivery charges

  • Order value below ₹799 — ₹79
  • ₹799 to ₹998 — ₹49
  • ₹999 and above — free delivery

Choosing cash on delivery adds a handling fee of ₹49. Delivery charges themselves are the same whichever way you pay.

The exact delivery charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

How you pay

You have two options at checkout:

  • Pay online — card, UPI, netbanking or wallet. Nothing extra to pay on delivery.
  • Cash on delivery — pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. A handling fee of ₹49 is added at checkout.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as the courier collects your parcel. If you have an account, you can also see the status under My account.

If delivery fails

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. If the parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a further delivery charge. If we cannot reach you, we refund the order value less the original delivery charge. On a cash on delivery order nothing has been paid, so there is nothing to refund.

Delays outside our control

Weather, strikes, local restrictions and courier backlogs can delay a parcel. We will keep you informed and help you chase the courier, but we cannot control their network.
